She is a member of the AAI team (1999 – ) and a founder of the SNVLab (2017 – ). Halina Tarasiuk is tenured assistant professor at the Institute of Telecommunications of Warsaw University of Technology. She received MSc degree in computer science from Szczecin University of Technology in 1996, and Ph.D. and D.Sc. degrees in telecommunications from Warsaw University of Technology in 2004 (summa cum laude), and 2016, respectively.
She is author or co-author of about 100 papers published in conference proceedings, journals or book chapters, and of about 40 technical reports. Her research interests focus on: Future Internet/5G, nodes and links virtualization, software defined networking, scheduling mechanisms, network architectures, signaling systems, QoS, traffic engineering, experimental infrastructures.
